There are no secrets to success. However there are a few time tested principles that must be mastered if
you are to be successful. Effective communication skills are the most important life skills you can acquire. It is
important to remember that everything about you is a form of communication and contributes to your total effect.
The corner stone of success is image. The keystone of success is performance.
High performance is a direct result of image. The image you project to yourself and others will determine how
