As a small business owner of an upscale outdoor furniture store Jim gained valuable experience in human relations and customer service. Jim has over thirty years experience in the manufacturing sector where he specializes in machine maintenance and repair.

Jim is an accomplished speaker who has earned the coveted Distinguished Toastmaster Award. Jim is the author of  The Average Person’s success Kit.  Jim has been an internet radio commentator since the year 2000 His tips can be heard on several stations 24/7 and his Tudor’s Total Effect Talk Show is aired on Sunday mornings.
